Temple Bar Cultural Information Centre will be selling a number of charity items over the coming weeks.
Top Irish designers have created beautiful wrapping paper to be sold in aid of The Rose Project. The wrapping paper, which costs €5 for five sheets, features designs by John Rocha, Helen Cody, Fiona Hanley, Maree Hensey and Aideen Bodkin.
All funds from this programme will go to fund a maternity hospital under construction in Lilongwe, Malawi
Former Irish nurse Mary Donohue founded The Rose Project with her principle aim to fund the delivery of quality medical, Nursing and psycho–social care to people living with or affected by HIV or AIDS and their families.
The Rose Project Wrapping Paper is now on sale at the Information Centre at 12 East Essex Street. Other items for sale include delicious Fair Trade coffee and chocolate from Amnesty International.
The Temple Bar Cultural Information Centre at 12 East Essex Street, Temple Bar will be open Monday to Friday: 9am – 1pm and 2.15pm – 5.30pm and Saturday: 10am – 5.30pm.
